The battle belongs to you, my God of Peace and Lord
In your love I rest, not in the might of flashing sword
Safe from the trial of distressful battle, my fears depart
Your embrace heals, consoles, all of my wounded heart

You are my strength, comfort, help, and shield
The battle won by trust in your love, as I yield

Learning the Pathway of Grace

 I have been a Christian for over forty years and a pastor for over half of that time and the single most important thing I have learned that I want to pass along to you is the shape and nature of God’s pathway of grace.
